PACIA once again offers our Carbon Solutions program for members. Designed to support you whatever stage you are at – whether starting out or well advanced. Carbon Solutions is part of PACIA’s Sustainability Leadership Framework suite of programs.

Starting out with Energy Audits
If you are yet to look beyond your electricity bill, we support you with a consultant (over 2 days) to help with a site and operations audit. This is ideal for small companies with limited staff expertise and time, and can cover electricity, gas, steam and vehicle fleet. This program is supported by EPA Victoria.
Skilling up with Energy Management workshops
Struggling to develop a reliable energy plan that will gain the support of colleagues and management? Spend 16 uninterrupted hours over 8 weeks, in workshops with industry colleagues under guidance of industry experts who you can also call for expert advice for 2yrs. You also cover water, materials and waste.
Open to all industry not only plastics and chemicals you can encourage suppliers and customers to attend. Sessions can be run anywhere in Australia. This program is supported by Sustainability Victoria. PACIA Training
Next Step - Energy Plan Review and workplace adoption
For companies with a Victorian site that have already measured energy and greenhouse gas emissions, perhaps have attended the Energy Management workshops (above) and are below the reporting threshold of the Victorian EREP program.
Our expert consultants can assist you verify your data, fine tune your plans and present it to colleagues and management, whether through workshops, surveys or scenarios. PACIA covers their fees for up to 3 days over up to two months, some of which will be on your site. This program is supported by EPA Victoria.
Carbon Solution Forums
These Forums stimulate, inform, provide inspiration and enable debate on emerging technologies, what competitors are doing overseas, changing regulations, incentives and regulations in Australia. We welcome sponsors and suggestions of topics and presenters.
Topics can include:
- bulk purchase of green power
- combined heat and power
- on-site generation systems.
