The Interface Meetings provide chief executives and senior managers within the PACIA membership of the chemicals and plastics industries with the opportunity to meet and engage with senior political and bureaucratic decision makers.
The event is held yearly in March at Parliament House Canberra and is exclusive to the senior management of PACIA's member companies.
The special guest speaker in 2012 was the Hon. Bill Shorten MP, Commonwealth Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations and Minister for Financial Services and Superannuation, on 20th March, 2012.
The special guest speaker in 2011 was the Hon Greg Combet AM MP, Minister for Climate Change and Energy Efficiency and Minister for Industry and Innovation, on 22nd March, 2011.
The special guest speaker in 2010 was the Hon Dr Craig Emerson, Minister for Competition Policy and Consumer Affairs; Minister for Small Business, Independent Contractors and the Service Economy; Minister Assisting the Finance Minister on Deregulation, on 16th March, 2010.
The special guest speaker in 2009 was Senator the Hon Penny Wong, Minister for Climate Change and Water, on 11th March, 2009.
